Online registration to the conference is now closed.

The registration to the conference involves two steps:

1. Open a user account. All participants (except accompanying persons) must create a user account using our ICON login form (participants will be able to register accompanying persons once they have created an account). Accompanying persons will not have access to the scientific events but to the social ones.
2. Pay the registration fees. Participants will have to pay their own registration as well as that of any accompanying person they invited. The exact amount due will be displayed as part of their user profile on this site. Your registration will be completed once you upload a pdf/jpg file with your proof of payment to your ICON user profile.

Important information about payments:

Payments can be carried out by credit card through our secure payment system in your ICON user profile (preferred method). Please remember to have a valid credit card ready when filling out the payment form. Alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer (free of charges) to this account:

Also please upload a pdf/jpg with your proof of transfer to your ICON user profile. Your name should be clearly stated on the bank order, and match the name registered on your ICON user account. Online registration will be possible until August 31, 2011. You will receive confirmation of reception of payment upon completion of the registration process.

Cancellation Policy
Meeting registration cancellations must be received in writing. For requests before August 1, 2011 a 50 € cancelation fee will apply. For requests between August 1 and 31, 2011, a cancellation fee of 50% of paid registration will apply. There will be no reimbursement for cancellations made after this date although delegate substitutions will be possible without cost. Exception will be made for cancellations due to failure to receive a visa on written confirmation of the visa denial from the embassy. (Please note that visa invitation letters will not be issued without the delegate first making their registration and payment).

Eligibility for Student
Graduate students, medical students, residents, and PhD students are eligible for the student registration rate. To benefit from the reduced student rate, student participants need to upload a pdf copy of their student certificate issued by their institution, together with their proof of payment, to their ICON user profile. Students should provide their original student certificate on arrival at the conference. Failure to provide this certificate will result in the application of the full registration fee for late registrations.
