Exhibition opportunities

The conference venue has excellent exhibition facilities comprising of 30 2x2 m² stands located in the 250 m² Lobby Entrance and Foyer Cafeteria of Palma’s Auditorium. These are the halls where delegates enter, register and walk to all sessions. The stand areas are centrally located among the catering services and sitting areas, in the way to the conference rooms and poster sessions, and with impressive views over the Port of Palma. The exhibition is planned for the period of Sunday morning September 25 to Thursday afternoon September 29, 2011.

Thirty non-equipped stands of 2x2 m² floor space will be available for commercial and non-profit organizations. There will also be the possibility to build your own stand of any size and height to enhance exposure to the conference delegates. Arrangements for special stand location in the Lobby Entrance or elsewhere in the conference venue can be negotiated.

Collaborators

These are non-profit institutions or companies that surrender services, products and volunteers, and whose financial contribution does not reach the amount required for an official sponsor of the conference. Their presence and visibility will be limited to the sponsored goods or activities. For instance, collaborating institutions or companies may distribute brochures and other advertising at information points at the conference’s venue, and put up signs or displays (to be supplied by the collaborating organization) in areas of public access.
